Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Italian herbs, dried
  • 1 dash salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 6 cup butter lettuce leaves
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 3 oz carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup radish, sliced thinly

Directions

  • Step 1

    In a measuring cup or pint size mason jar, add olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic paste, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Whisk vigorously or place lid tightly on jar and shake to emulsify vinaigrette.

  • Step 2

    Place lettuce, carrot, scallions and sliced radish in a large salad bowl. Toss dressing with salad to coat evenly.
