Sunrise Overnight Oats Bowl

Overnight Oats are fast, easy and nourishing. This is one of my favorite make-ahead breakfast ideas because it sets me up for a good breakfast a few days in a row. You can prep a batch for the whole family so breakfast is ready when you wake up. After soaking your oats overnight, portion out prepared oats into pint-sized mason jars or a cereal bowl and top with your favorite fruit, seeds, nuts, yogurt, and other energizing toppings.

Because overnight oats are all about the toppings, you can have fun with this one. Save yourself time by setting up a little “oats station” stocked with your drying toppings. While the oat-base stays the same, you can switch it up everyday with what you sprinkle on top. I like pecans, hemp hearts and banana slices.
