Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean you have to compromise on eating delicious produce. A wide variety of fruit is in season during the colder months. This bowl pairs some of these seasonal fruit with creamy yogurt for a quick and easy breakfast to enjoy at home or on-the-go.

Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 oz yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 red grapefruit
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate arils
  • 1 passionfruit
  • 1 satsuma
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

Directions

  • Step 1

    Pour yogurt into a bowl.

  • Step 2

    On a cutting board, separate grapefruit segments and slice each in half lengthwise. Next, separate satsuma segments. Cut passionfruit in half. Cut banana half in thin slices.

  • Step 3

    Arrange pieces of grapefruit, satsuma and banana on top of yogurt. Sprinkle with pomegranate arils and spoon over passionfruit. Finally sprinkle with hemp seeds.
