Ingredients
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Italian herbs, dried
- 1 dash salt
- ground black pepper
- 6 cup butter lettuce leaves
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 3 oz carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup radish, sliced thinly
