Ingredients
- 20 ounces salmon, uncooked
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp whole grain mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Place salmon, skin side down, in a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper.
